On February 26, 2011, I (Elaine) gave a talk about the best
weight loss plan I know. The title of my lecture was "Weight Loss
Without Hunger: Is It Possible?" I spoke at the monthly
meeting of the Vegetarian Society of Hawaii (VSH). The audience loved
the talk, and VSH will show it on public access TV many times
in the future.
