This simple muesli recipe is a wholesome and chewy breakfast.
The wheat and rye flakes are somewhat tough when dry. Soak your serving
of muesli overnight in soy milk and it will be tender in the morning.
Or add hot soy milk and soak for 15 minutes before eating.
1 oz chopped hazelnuts

chopped dried apples
a large wide bowl, weigh all ingredients. Toss with a large spoon to
mix. Store in an air-tight container. Refrigerate if you have the
space. Eat with fresh fruit and non-dairy milk.
