Calculate Your
BMR and your
Recommended Calorie Intake

adults and men is about 2500 calories per day. For women, it is around

Exercise heavily? You need more.
BMR Calculator
Follow our
vegan weight loss plan and go for a walk
every day. Your calorie intake per day should naturally be close to the
right
amount. But it is still interesting to know your daily calorie
requirement. One

That is the number of calories we burn at complete rest: not even
digesting any food.
The BMR tells us the

to run our vital organs. Because we eat and move around, the
calories we actually burn will always be greater
than our
BMR.
